Volunteer Engagement: Professional Across Service Streams

Foundation LAILA’s operations are bolstered by a network of professional volunteers engaged across the Foundation’s three core service streams: Early Intervention, Educational Support, and Mentorship & Life Skills.
These volunteers lend their expertise in various capacities, with a notable focus on post-school mentorship, guiding clients in developing meaningful relationships within personal and professional spheres.
This mentorship pathway also supports the Foundation’s social enterprise program, offering clients a structured environment to gain skills essential for workplace readiness and social interaction.
